What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the type of enquiry and your message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you tick the consent box, your consent. Server logs are kept under our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who we share it with
Your message is passed through our form provider, Web3Forms, which delivers it to our email inbox. Our email is hosted by Google. Both act on our instructions. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email jacksonjohnsonprop@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
